We want you to love your NEXPACK purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
